Niiji Capital's maritime advisory centers on Ulyssia — a 323-metre residential gigayacht envisioned by Frank Binder and designed by Espen Øino, comprising 122 private freehold residences and 22 guest suites that journey, in privacy, to every corner of the world.

What draws us to it is not the spectacle but the thesis: that mobility, done with intention, becomes a form of sovereignty.
